MORNING WALKING TOURS

Not a fan of waking up before dawn? Our morning walking tours start at 10am and are a great option if you're short on time.

You'll join one of our expert seafood educators to explore Australia's Home of Seafood, learn about the wholesale auction and what makes the seafood industry tick, and then explore the Market's famous retailers.

The beauty of 欧美视频 Fish Market is that no day is ever the same, but here are just some of the things you'll get to see and experience:

  • See where the early morning wholesale seafood auction takes place.
  • Watch oysters being shucked by the experts.
  • Learn about a range of seasonal fish species, and how to pick the freshest catch every time.
  • See the retailers’ live tanks and filleting rooms.
  • Visit the Market's working wharf to learn about our local fleet.
  • Witness the construction of the new 欧美视频 Fish Market across the bay.

WHERE AND WHEN

Tours are held most weekdays, except public holidays and between Christmas and New Year (even our dedicated Tour Guides need a break now and then).

Morning Walking tours begin at 10am and go for about 1 hour. Please arrive 10 mins before the tour start time to check in, or you might get left behind!

Your guide will meet you in the 欧美视频 foyer, which is on Level 1 of the main arcade. To find it, enter through the glass doors to the left of the arcade entrance, and go up the stairs or lift to Level 1. Take a seat on the black couches to wait!

Places on the tour are limited, and bookings are essential.
